Headhunting
In the case of headhunting we we strive to the ultimate candidate for the job. At the start we commence a thorough inventarisation of the role, the team and the company culture which decides the way of working. Then we screen our network together with our client to select clients. Sometimes the search for a candidate is a creative process. We have to use alternative routings to find the appropriate candidate. We stand in the shoes of the ultimate candidate and determine where we can find him or her. Suitable clients will be invited for a meeting. The client steers, we advise. Depending on the wishes of our client, we can screen the candidate first before he/she will be invited for a meeting with the client. After the selection, we can use several assesment to detect if the client fits the profile. We have experience in using Management Drives for teamwork or ACT® for competencebehaviour. When the ultimate candidate has been chosen from the shortlist, we will support the realisation of the contract. Beaqon is very flexible, the client decides the form of contract in close liaison with the candidate. For us the result is key. In the end we state that if there is no cure, there is also no pay.
